Our Story

My inspiration for starting ICI is based on seeing firsthand how all-too-often, most other consulting firms…

  • Tend to jump to the next big project once getting a client live on Salesforce.
  • Reinvent the wheel every time. In other words, they have a non-repeatable process and/or lack of tools internally. This hampers consultants’ ability to effectively deliver what the client needs.

 

Both of these issues are unacceptable in my opinion, and I’m setting out to address both and more with ICI.  Regardless of how or why these happen, I believe Salesforce customers need better, and that’s where ICI comes in.

We’re passionate about refining Salesforce systems and their associated business processes to the point that they run like well-oiled machines.

We are strategically built from the ground-up to provide dependable, longterm, top-notch service to customers. A centerpiece of this strategy, amongst other things, is the formation of a strong collaborative culture. Here at ICI, top quality people know they have a good home and a good future.
